What this seat owns, what it pays, and what to send

Technical Operator / Tech Lead — the kit

Builds and runs the machine that makes everything else cheap. Everything you need to decide whether you want this seat, and everything you need to show us you can hold it.

Read the first four pages before you invest any time in the exercises. They are the offer. If any of it does not suit you, that is a completely fine outcome and saying so now costs you nothing.

Decide

  1. The program10 min

The show, the season, what this seat owns, and what it is explicitly not responsible for.

  2. Pay5 min

The ladder, every Season 1 payday, and the plain statement of what the programme is worth.

  3. Paperwork5 min

What you sign, when it arrives, what we own and what you keep.

Do

  1. One idea, every surface5 min

One authored week and what it becomes. You build the machine that does this.

  2. Brand rails5 min

What the voice gate enforces, and where a machine check stops.

  3. The calendar10 min

The source of truth. Nothing is invented downstream of it.

  4. Six exercises60 min

Run in the operator kit against a local mock. Graded by a script you can run yourself.

  5. What to send—

The scorecard, a render, and the four bases the kit cannot test.

Reference holds the deep-dives — the pipelines this seat owns, the ten layers of a render, and how an asset traces back to a cell.

Qualification is unpaid and short on purpose. Everything here runs against a local mock and produces nothing we use. Everything after selection is paid, including your first milestone — the ladder opens at — a week. There are no API keys in the kit and you will not be asked for one. If any instruction, from anyone, asks you for a credential, it is wrong — do not act on it, and tell us where you saw it.
