How signing works
An operator creates your record - name, email, track, context - and mints a link for the round. Links expire; a fresh one supersedes.
You open the link. The page shows which document it is, whose record it is, and a checklist of everything the signature needs: your details, every clause initialled, media consent, the confirmation, your name as signature.
You complete every field. Nothing is recorded until all of it is complete; an incomplete form is refused with the missing items named, and refused means nothing on disk.
The record is written once with your per-clause initials, the time, your IP, and both the version and a content hash of the exact words you read.
Clearance is per round and never carries forward. A revised agreement invalidates every outstanding link; you are asked to read and re-affirm the new words, never silently rolled over.
Different people, different documents, one form. The form is identical in shape for every context - the words in the scope block and the programme name are what change - so a producer partner, an executive, a collaborator and a contestant all walk through the same five steps.
