This seat cannot be assessed by a document, so the ask is smaller than the
other kits and the bar is different.
Send three things
Your rig. Upload speed measured (not a plan tier), CPU/GPU, and whether you have
run a multi-camera live show before. Honest numbers — the arithmetic decides what is
possible and it is better to know now.
One recording. Any live production you have cut, of any length. If you have never
cut one, say so plainly — that is an acceptable answer and it is far better than a
staged one. The seat can be learned; a misrepresentation cannot be un-learned.
A running order. Take one episode block from
the season and write the scene-by-scene order you would cut it
in, using the real scene names from the desk.
Half a page. This is the part we actually read.
What we are not asking for
No showreel, no edited highlight package, no production company. The instrument is
already built and generated from data — you are not being hired to build a desk, you are
being hired to cut one under load, live, with twenty-four people on it.
The one disqualifier
Claiming live experience you do not have. Everything else in this seat is teachable inside
thirteen weeks. That is not, because the first time it is tested is on air.
