All 40 scenes in the loaded collection. This table is generated from the broadcast build, so it cannot describe a scene that no longer exists — and 5 of them carry a constraint you have to know before you cut to them, not after.
The decode ceiling. Past roughly eight individual camera feeds the encoder starves, and OBS reports it as skipped frames rather than as "too many cameras". The big-cast scenes take a composited room source instead — one decode, one picture. Scenes that exceed the ceiling are marked below; use them as a beat, not a resting layout.
Screen legibility. A shared editor at 14px is unreadable once the screen is 64% of frame. That is arithmetic, not taste, and it is why the required source font is printed against each screen layout. Telling a participant at 10:04 is too late — it belongs in setup.
