Temerarii — Growth Roadmap (bigger table)

Source inputs: white-space-data-intent-gtm.md (the research brief), the live machine in this repo, and the existing assets (SIE, courses, the studio).

The move

Temerarii is repositioning from "agency" to an AI innovation lab and studio — a house that ships real experiments and products, then sells the studio work that makes them. The aim is a bigger table: larger clients, partners, press, and talent. We prove range in public (the Lab), prove depth with owned products (SIE), and prove the system on ourselves first (the content machine).

One line: We build the future of go-to-market — minus the hype.

Why we can claim it

The brief's core finding: the seven giants have not solved the post-cookie data and intent layer, and they are structurally disqualified from serving the mid-market and long tail (ad-business conflicts, antitrust, scale mismatch, walled-garden incentives). That gap is real and durable. But the brief is one wedge. Our advantage is range plus a working machine: we already operate generative media, 3D/spatial, agentic automation, and a drift-proof content engine end to end. Few independents can show all of that running.

The Lab is the front door that makes the rest legible to a bigger audience.

The brief's six opportunities, mapped

  1. Sovereign Intent / consent CMPowned (SIE). We cross-promote, do not rebuild.

Adjacent plays that grow the table (beyond the brief)

  • Genmedia / agentic creative experiences — branded interactive media and agent-driven campaigns. Plays to our creative engine and to the "agentic" frontier the brief flags as unsolved.
  • Spatial / 3D and web-native immersive — the Lab itself demonstrates this; productize as a service line (3D product experiences, data-as-space).
  • An agent product — a narrow, reliable, human-in-the-loop GTM agent (the brief shows fully autonomous SDRs failed; the reliable middle is open).

Calendar architecture — one calendar, parallel lanes

The marketing calendar is one calendar (Temerarii Media is one brand). It scales to everything we ship via lanes (tracks) that run in parallel; the drift gate forbids collisions only within a lane, so many campaigns coexist on the same weeks.

  • Lane 1 — studio: the launch arc (W23–37) then the 8 service-pillar campaigns (W38–52, services rotation; each sub-service is a beat; FAQs feed Ask-the-Operator).
  • Lane 2 — always-on: the ~77-article Insights library (insights.yaml, by pillar) repurposed as continuous daily social fuel running under every week's theme.
  • Future lanes (product, SIE) slot in the same way.

Three-phase program: (1) Launch arc → (2) Services rotation → (3) Always-on, all on the one calendar.

Adding work, repeatably:

  • New campaign → one entry in GOAL.yaml schedule.campaigns {id,label,track,start_week,beats} + author calendar/<id>.yaml. The per-lane gate slots it without collision.
  • New blog → one entry in insights.yaml (or auto-synced from the live sitemap by a sync_insights stage); the always-on lane auto-consumes it, syndicates the long-form (Website canonical + Medium/Blogger/Substack/Reddit/LinkedIn) and spins downstream social.
  • Content model: upstream long-form (blog/video) → downstream short social derivatives; blogs never post verbatim to short-form feeds.

Sequence

  • Stage 1 (now): stand up the Lab with a diverse first wave; finish the content machine on existing assets; cross-promote SIE. Regulatory timing (Delete Act / DROP processing Aug 1 2026, GPC binding, AB 566 effective Jan 1 2027) is one tailwind among several — useful for the data wedge, not the whole story.
  • Stage 2 (next): productize the strongest Lab experiments into service lines and lightweight tools; publish case studies; ship a genmedia or spatial offer.
  • Stage 3 (horizon): the agent product and the neutral intent layer for agentic commerce.

Cross-promotion model

Promoting Temerarii is the main objective. Every Lab experiment ends in a contextual next step — a Temerarii service for studio work, a course for the do-it-yourself crowd, or SIE for compliance-heavy results. Case studies prove each claim, starting with the machine running on Temerarii itself.

SIE allocation (capped): SIE (app.siedata.dev) gets 30 creative assets total across all channels for the quarter (~2/week), run as the secondary "SIE Spotlight" thread — bounded so the studio stays the focus. SIE is a cross-promo target, not a campaign of its own.

What would change the plan

  • If a hyperscaler bundled neutral consent tooling for free (unlikely, given conflicts), shift the data wedge toward vertical depth and lean harder on creative and spatial range.
  • If autonomous agent reliability crosses a real threshold, revisit the human-in-the-loop assumption for the agent product.

How we measure it

Stature signals over vanity metrics: Lab experiment usage and shares, qualified inbound from larger accounts, partner and press conversations, and case studies shipped. Each Lab experiment is a credibility flag; the portfolio is the argument.
