Promotions — offers + the run-ahead seasonal calendar

Our offers — the free 1-hour consult is the front door

Primary CTA — Free 1-hour strategy consultation

With: Dom Davis or a senior team member

We map your next 90 days of campaigns — which holidays are yours, what to launch and when — and you leave with a plan whether or not you hire us.

Low-friction top-of-funnel; the consult IS the qualification + a live demo of how we think (minus the hype). One destination, UTM-tagged.

Every asset closes on a CTA — the free 1-hr consult is the UNIVERSAL fallback, but high-intent segments get a SHARPER, segment-matched first step (below) so the path from interest→deal fits the buyer, not a generic consult. All UTM-tagged, attributed in GA4.

Free 1-hour consultation (rest of Q2 only) · lead magnet

No cost through end of Q2 — the front door; every campaign + ad CTA points here. After Q2 → $150/hr. We practice our own run-ahead: the free window is a limited promo with a deadline.

Launch discount · discount

% off the campaign build for first-time clients + early-bird seasonal sign-ups (book the consult before the run-ahead date).

Campaign BOGO · buy-one-get-one-free

Set up one seasonal campaign, get the next built free — locks in the run-ahead habit across two holidays.

Consult → build → retainer · retainer

The ongoing run-rate: monthly retainer for always-on + seasonal campaigns + reporting.

Free 1-hr strategy consult (rest of Q2)$0the launch-window front door; closes end of Q2

Tool

Cal.com (with paid bookings — Stripe)

What

Self-serve scheduling — the prospect books their own time, no back-and-forth. Two event types: the FREE Q2-launch consult, and the PAID $150/hr consult (charged at booking via Stripe).

Payments

Cal.com 'paid bookings' — connect the Stripe app in Cal.com, set the event-type price ($150); the booker pays to confirm, Stripe Connect handles payout. No-shows/cancellations per the Cal.com policy.

Routing

Round-robin / assigned to Dom or a senior team member; buffers + availability managed in Cal.com.

Why

Removes the #1 friction between 'interested' and 'booked' — speed-to-lead. The CTA destination for the whole funnel; the paid event monetizes consults after the free window.

Wiring

Every UTM-tagged CTA → the Cal.com link; confirmations + reminders automated; bookings sync to the custom CRM (Airtable) + GA4 as a conversion event; paid bookings reconcile against Stripe.

Integrations

Stripe (paid bookings + payout) · Calendar (Google) · video (Zoom/Meet) · the CRM (Airtable) · GA4 conversion · email/SMS reminders

Operator Setup

Interactive (operator): create/confirm the Cal.com account → connect the Stripe app (Stripe Connect) → create the two event types (free + $150) → paste the public booking links back so the office can wire them into the CTAs.

The run-ahead seasonal calendar — why we fire ~6 weeks early

Brand Reach

The BRAND is GLOBAL — these promos apply to any market; localize the date + the offer per client. HOME / LOCAL market = TEXAS: the San Antonio–Austin (SA–ATX) corridor FIRST, then Houston + Dallas + all of Texas. Local plays (Fiesta SA · SXSW + ACL Austin · Día de los Muertos · Hispanic Heritage · TX Independence · State Fair) are the home-turf differentiators.

Thesis

We work one layer above our clients. They sell the St. Patrick's shirt; we sell 'let's build your St. Patrick's campaign' — so OUR promo must fire BEFORE theirs.

Lead Logic

Consumer buys 2–6 wk before → the business must LAUNCH 4–8 wk before (beat competitors to early buyers) → so WE pitch 6–10 wk before (12–16 for Q4 tentpoles, where shopping starts in October). NRF 2025: 51.9% of winter shoppers + 49% of Halloween + 67% of back-to-school started early — push launch/pitch earlier where a category buys early.

Our Rule

Temerarii's seasonal promo launches ~6 weeks (1.5 months) before the holiday (more for Q4 tentpoles), and every piece STATES the lead-time math so the owner feels the urgency: 'St. Patrick's is 6 weeks out — your competitors are already designing. Let's get your campaign live first.'

Differentiator

BUT timing alone is a commodity (any agency claims 'we work ahead'). Lead the pitch with the TEMERARII method, then add the urgency: 'Most seasonal campaigns ship as 3–4 disconnected pieces. We build yours as ONE content system — hero + 5 native cuts + email + SMS + blog — briefed once, on-brand, working together. Your team sees one playbook, not eight separate assets. And it's 6 weeks out, so let's get it live first.' The one-machine / 8-pillar / briefed-once differentiator is the hook; the run-ahead clock is the closer.

Reminder Is The Product

Each holiday = a DATE-triggered reminder campaign aimed at owners — urgency + done-for-you setup, in the Autonomous Outbound Machine (fires on a date, not an event).

Match To Client

Match the day to the client. B2B SaaS → BFCM + New-Year budget + quarter-ends, NOT Hot Dog Day. Bar/apparel/retail → the gifting tentpoles + quirky days. Telling them which days are THEIRS is the consultative trust-builder.

Tentpole Ranking

By US revenue (NRF 2025): back-to-college $88.8B · winter holidays $1.01–1.02T · back-to-school $39.4B · Mother's Day $38B · Valentine's $29.1B (2026) · Father's Day $24B · Halloween $13.1B · St. Patrick's $7.7B (2026). Build the pitch cadence around these; layer quirky days as always-on filler.

Quirky Strategy

National-food/awareness days (Hot Dog · Donut · Coffee · Pizza · Margarita · Ice Cream · Pet · Star Wars) = low-competition, high-engagement filler between tentpoles — a packaged year-round social service for food/bev, pet + retail clients.

B2B Windows

January new-budget · quarter-ends (Mar/Jun/Sep/Dec 31) · Admin Professionals Day · Boss's Day · Customer Service Week · Employee Appreciation Day · Small Business Saturday · tax deadlines · BFCM/Cyber Monday for SaaS · Giving Tuesday (CSR).

Reverify

Movable/disputed dates — re-verify yearly vs the official body: Easter · Lunar New Year · Ramadan/Eid · Mardi Gras · Mother's/Father's/Memorial/Labor Day · Thanksgiving/BFCM · Hanukkah · Passover · Rosh Hashanah/Yom Kippur · Diwali · and the rule-based quirky days (Hot Dog = 3rd Wed Jul per NHDSC; aggregators list the wrong date).
