Frameworks we run on ourselves — and teach

The 4-4-5 fiscal calendar

What

A retail-grade 4-4-5 calendar (13 weeks/quarter, weeks always start Sunday) so every campaign, post, and report lands on a comparable, repeatable cadence — W23 = the Jun 7 2026 go-live.

Why

Marketing planned on the messy Gregorian month drifts; the 4-4-5 gives clean quarters + apples-to-apples week-over-week. We run our whole calendar on it.

As content

A teach unit (long-form + blog): 'plan your year on a 4-4-5 so your numbers actually compare.'

Plan quarters + campaigns from one template

What

The cell template — campaign → week → day → asset, briefed once — used to lay out the full year (the lanes: studio launch arc, the 8 pillar rotation, always-on Insights). New campaign = one lane entry; new blog = one catalog entry the always-on lane auto-consumes.

Why

One source, many lenses, no drift — the same template scales from a single post to a 30-week, 9,450-post plan.

As content

The build-in-public proof: this office IS the template, run on ourselves; we hand clients the same planning method.

One idea → many native outputs (the daily long-form engine)

What

Each day's long-form is the source; its chapters/transcript derive the day's 5+ social cuts (×9 channels), the static blog (temerarii.xyz/blog), the email, and the SMS — briefed once.

Why

Volume without a content treadmill — one authored idea per day becomes the whole day's native output.
